In November 2013, leaders in the IP community expressed their concern for India’s deterorating IP envirnoment. U.S. Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Thomas J. Donohue, former U.S. Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez, and Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) president Robert Atkinson all brought these issues to light at the Global Intellectual Property Center’s 2013 IP Summit.
